Sarah Alaskar

Sarah Alaskar, SPE, is a research petroleum engineer who began her career in 2022 with Saudi Aramco’s EXPEC Advanced Research Center. She holds a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering from the Colorado School of Mines with summa cum laude honors. She is currently supporting several research projects relating to sustainability in the oil and gas industry, enhancing well productivity, and rock mechanics. She is also leading research related to clay minerals, their behavior, and contribution to formation damage.
