Infinity Oilfield Services and Medserv have formed a new joint venture named InMedCo to provide a portfolio of specialized technical services to the oil and gas market.
The InMedCo JV combines Infinity’s technical and engineering expertise with Medserv’s integrated logistics capability and quayside facilities in Malta and Cyprus.
The company provides inspection, repair, upgrade, and refurbishment of topside and drilling equipment for platforms, FPSOs, drill rigs/ships, and support vessels.
The companies said InMedCo will deliver enhanced service levels, expertise, and reduced rig or vessel downtime to their combined client base in the Mediterranean and North Africa region.
Infinity Oilfield Services Ltd is an Aberdeen based oilfield services company providing services to the onshore and offshore oil and gas industry. Medserv provides integrated shore base logistics to the offshore oil and gas industry as well as supply chain management, premium threading, inspection, and repair for oil country tubular goods.
