The Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) has announced the winners of the 2025 Spotlight on New Technology Award. This esteemed honor is given exclusively to OTC exhibitors who are reshaping the offshore energy sector through their innovation and development of technologies. This year, 10 technologies were selected for their demonstrated advancements in the industry.
The award recipients will be honored on Monday, 5 May, at NRG Center in Houston, at 4:00 p.m. CDT, at the Energy Evolution Exchange Theater and Lounge.
The technologies were selected based on the following criteria: product uniqueness, degree of ingenuity, demonstrated success, commercial viability, and the ability to make a significant impact across the offshore industry.

To qualify for this award, companies are required to meet the following criteria: Be independently owned and operated or registered as a nonprofit organization, and have no more than 300 employees in the 12 months before the application deadline.
