The Sustainable Development Technical Section has been selected to receive the 2022 Presidential Award for Outstanding Technical Section. The Flow Assurance and Hydraulic Fracturing technical sections have been awarded the 2022 Technical Section Excellence Award.

The 2022 Presidential Award for Outstanding Technical Section, the first of its kind, recognizes the top 5% of the society’s technical sections.

The Emerging Leaders Program recognizes young professionals with fewer than 10 years of experience in the offshore energy sector. This year’s class will be honored during a special ceremony during the conference on 3 May.
